New single out from alt-pop artist Freddie Purple, called Atomic Habits – co-written with Tatye Nickolas, and apparently a long time coming: written in September 2023, recorded at Abbey Road a month later, and only finished off this year with extra production work from Jon Moon and Theo Lee at Sensible Music Studios. It's out now on Moon Recordings.
It's billed as a song about breaking free from old habits and "being yourself without restrictions." There's a really infectious energy running right through it – it's pretty hard to just sit there and listen while it's playing! And it's not all fizz either, as the songwriting is strong enough to give all that excitement some real substance.
