Loose Articles have today released their new single ‘Are You A Welder?’ to run in to the release of the band’s debut album Scream If You Wanna Go Faster, which will be released on July 26th through Alcopop! Records.

Coming off the back of a support with the Foo Fighters a couple of weeks back, the band have an absolute glut of festivals, in-stores and shows that will see them on the road through until the Autumn.

The new single is the latest to be taken from their long-awaited debut album.

The band are still riding high from their huge recent support slot with Foo Fighters and lengthy UK tour dates with The Lovely Eggs and label mates CHROMA, and have just released a string of headline dates and festivals:

Loose Articles have been covered by NME as one of The NME 100 list, endorsed by punk- friendly fashion labels Fred Perry Subculture and Underground England, named as one of Under The Radar Magazine’s 22 for 2022, and have appeared on BBC One’s Football Focus. Already heavily championed by Steve Lamacq at BBC 6 Music (where they’ve also seen strong support from Chris Hawkins, Tom Robinson and Amy Lamé) the band have also picked up love from John Kennedy at Radio X, appearing on the Evening Playlist, and have appeared on Spotify’s The Punk List.
